      在《傳教士與總統》這本書中，記載了佈道家葛理翰牧師的事工。從哈利．杜魯門到喬治．布希，葛理翰一直都是美國白宮歷屆總統的座上賓。但儘管擁有這樣特殊的影響範圍，葛理翰不斷地把榮耀歸給上帝，認為這純粹是上帝透過他所行的工作，而不是自己有任何才能所致。

      使徒保羅是另一位被呼召來向那些居高位、掌權者做見證的信徒。基督論到保羅：「他是我所揀選的器皿，要在外邦人和君王並以色列人面前宣揚我的名。」（使徒行傳9章15節）

      在使徒行傳，我們讀到保羅的影響範圍，包括巡撫腓力斯、非斯都、亞基帕王，或甚至凱撒大帝（使徒行傳24-26章）。但是一如葛理翰在幾個世紀後所做的，保羅也強調是上帝的恩典透過他來工作：「這原不是我，乃是上帝的恩與我同在。」（哥林多前書15章10節）

      你或許沒被上帝呼召去向某些大人物傳福音，但是上帝也放置許多人在你的生命中，祂要你去分享帶給人盼望的美好信息。何不為此來禱告，求上帝的恩典能有機會透過你流露出來，能在你的影響範圍中見證祂！HDF

作主忠心好僕人；
福音藉由我而出，
親友都能歸基督。Anon.

無論上帝將你置於何處，即是為祂做見證的最佳處。

Wow… How true?!  After few month’s home-staying habit… I just feel like a bit overwhelm with lots of people talks again… Well… Usually… I am a very quiet people… Maybe it’s my personality… Especially the first meets… I am always staying at a safe corner with my ears open wide for all the information I can get… Just want to be sure if this is a right spot, or a comfortable position I’m staying… With the first, second… and if there’s third meets… I’ll get more active again~ ^o^
O… Wait… Am I being too picky with thing? or… Well… People… If you’re reading this… please forgive my little talks… I am thinking while writing this… So… Actually your reading my mind right now…

There’s no place like HOME

I am a college transfer student from Taiwan, (R.O.C) Republic of China and I got my both bachelor and master degrees from Campbellsville University, Kentucky, United States.
I have been to several places for travel… such as LA, St. Louis, New York city, New Orleans, Dallas, Nashville, Lexington and Louisville… However, there’s no place like home…
 
 

SORRY Amy!

Accidents happen all the time, however, it shouldn’t be if you pay more attentions …
 
Amy, Ellie, Arren left last night 12:30AM to Niagara falls in New York, Bafflo City…
However, on the way there, they had to stop at Albert’s house in Louisville at HW 65 + 264…
 
Amy agreed to lend me her car for practicing the road test…So, I started to practice this morning after the exercise with Ms Diana in CLC…Well… It was happening while the pulling rain at church’s parking lot… I… tried to practice my pairall parking~ So, I found a car and practiced with it… However, while I was practicing…I RUN OVER A VAN’s Bomper with Amy’s car and…Dr Moore was there standing in front of CLC back door looking at me terriblely… He looked at me like I’m the person who is going to run away after the accident!!!! Which… I wasn’t !! I walked out the car and go into CLC office to ask whose car it is… and there she is… our church chior activity teacher~ Ms Angie Freeman……I feel sooooooooooo sorry!!! Not only for her car, but also for Amy’s car………………
 
After she walked out with me to see her car…
She wasn’t mad at me because that’s just a scratch on her bomper…
And her son will help her to fix it…
SO… It will be fine… and she even asked about what am I gonna do after graduation~
However, it was so nice of her… but I feel sooooooo horrible!!
 
I AM A HORRIBLE DRIVER!
 
I spent half an hour sitting at the driver’s seat of Amy’s car, trying to figure out the way to convince myself to continue the courage to learn driving… Well… I gave up! Tears and the guilt feeling full in my eyes and heart! and I decided to go home and move the practice until tomorrow morning… What can I do with it??
 
Amy asked me to use her car for practice several times before… however, I didn’t quiet will to do that because I know that’s my responsibilty to guard not only the car, but also myself… But… I always wanted to have a car myself… So that I do not have to barried so much guilt in my mind… just like today!!!

新的一天

雖然情人節已過, 今天和 Diana 見面一起運動時,還是教她了幾句應景的中文~
 情人節快樂, 生日快樂, 和新年快樂…
 基本上 Diana 學得很快, 也許是因為有我們這幾個亞洲人在身邊,
比較習慣我們的說話腔調吧！只需要花一點時間糾正發音就很棒了～真是太好了！
 
今天的外頭天氣晴朗,又見得到藍天白雲,感覺得到下雪後微涼的氣息,
也終於又聽見 "久違” 的鳥叫聲和幾天不見的松鼠們的追逐身影… 
雖然即將是個小小忙碌的 "工作天”～還是希望自己有個愉快的心情！
 
昨晚把網站的格式又再重新設定過了, 看起來也舒服多了！ 呵呵…
